- 3 bedrooms: 1 master suite (ground floor) (160×200) with its own shower room and WC; 2 bedrooms upstairs 2×2 beds (90×200); baby bed on request.
- Shower room on the ground floor with WC.
- Kitchen : gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, jug filter.
- Dining room : 6 person dining table, baby high chair on request.
- Living room : sofa, armchairs, coffee tables, TV, games for young children available on request, adult and children’s books on site (English and French).
- Individual covered terrace : shaded, view on the exotic garden and swimming pool. Outdoor furniture + storage box + cushions + deckchairs. Clothes line. Stone barbecue.
- Common access to both gîtes :
- Heated swimming pool: sunbeds + parasol,

- Large garden with games for children: wooden hut, secure trampoline, swing, etc.,
- Table tennis.
- Access to the laundry on the days indicated on site.
