A cosy space dedicated to relaxation with all the necessary comforts to spend a pleasant holiday in an authentic Charente Maritime setting, fitted out in an old barn converted into a gîte.

- 2 bedrooms upstairs : 1 bed (160×200) and 1×2 (90×200); baby bed on request.
- Shower room on the ground floor + WC.
- Additional WC on the first floor.
- Kitchen : Gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, jug filter.
- Dining room and living room : Dining table (seats 6), high chair for babies on request, library (books for children and adults in English and French) and small desk, corner sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV. Games for young children can be provided.
- Individual covered terrace : shaded, view on the exotic garden and swimming pool. Outdoor furniture + storage box + cushions + deckchairs. Clothes line. Stone barbecue.
- Common access to both gîtes :
- Heated swimming pool: sunbeds + parasol,
- Exotic garden,
- Large garden with games for children: wooden hut, secure trampoline, swing, etc.,
- Table tennis.
- Access to the laundry on the days indicated on site.
